On 01 January 2003, the Business was privatized and had its name changed into Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company, tradename as "FIMEX VN". From 07 December 2006, FIMEX VN 's shares are present on HCMC securities trading floor with name-code as "FMC" and the capical owned by the Communist Party's Office of Soc Trang province is only 20% .
